Wonderful
We loved how dedicated and hands on the staff were. The food was really good when it was a la carte. The staff were really generous in taking us to the elephant Eco Park and a fancy hotel restaurant on Christmas Day. Everyone who worked there was lovely, and the drinks the barmen mixed were excellent!
The pool was a little bit dirty, and the bar in the pool had seen better days. The buffet food on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day were not as nice as the a la carte menu.

Very enjoyable stay with a large pool and amazing staff.
The staff here are amazing, very accommodating and were happy to share some drinks with us at the pool bar. They were also great at arranging our trips to Sigiriya and to Kandy.
Although breakfast was fine, the chicken fried rice and chips had a strange taste, couldn’t quite put my finger on it, but definitely tasted different to every other fried rice meal we’ve had, and not in a good way.

Very Good
The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. We mostly ate at the restaurant as we found it hard to find appealing options in town, and the food to our surprise was very decent. Nothing extraordinary, simple but tasty chicken curry. The activities were fun. Good value overall.
Tbh, the cleanliness was just not there. The room and bathroom have bugs which my girlfriend really hated. I would also update the menu (most of it is not available) to just keep around 4-5 dishes that will be available all year long.
